I hold a Sociology degree from the University of Toronto and am a graduate of the Toronto Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling Education. I also earned an Advanced Certificate in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Guelph. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), I bring extensive knowledge and experience to my practice.

I integrate mindfulness with relational, existential, humanistic, and holistic-based therapies, focusing on couples and individuals. I specialize in anxiety, coping skills, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, and women's issues, including support through pregnancy, birth, motherhood, and reproductive trauma.
